The Signature Collection represents the highest level of craftsmanship in my studio. These pieces are created in limited quantities using hand-selected premium hardwoods chosen for their beauty, durability, and performance.

Each board in this collection is built with intention—from the first cut to the final oiling. No two are ever exactly alike. Every grain pattern, color variation, and contrast is a reminder that real materials were shaped by hand.

These are not mass-produced kitchen accessories.

The Woods I Use

Walnut – Rich, dark, and timeless
Cherry – Warm, glowing, and evolving with age
Curly Maple – Bright, dynamic, and full of natural movement
Ebony – Deep black, rare, and dramatic
Wenge – Dark, bold, and strikingly modern
White Wenge – Bright, architectural contrast with bold grain
Padauk – Deep red tones with luxury-level visual impact

How the Signature Pieces Are Made

Each piece is cut, glued, and shaped by hand in my studio, built using end-grain construction when applicable, precision flattened, finished with food-safe oils and waxes, and inspected for beauty, balance, and durability.
